Mentioned in one of the editions of the Best Seller “1,000 Places To See Before You Die” by Patricia Schultz, the restaurant attracts the attention of all who visit it, both for its gastronomy and for its dynamic and unusual decor.

The Service
Customers are warmly and cheerfully welcomed by a member of the staff who introduces them to our service and remains available to assist with any need. The goal of each customer’s personal server is to provide an excellent gastronomic experience.

The Tasting 
This includes a unique selection of meats, fish, and seafood served at the table, a buffet of hot and cold dishes from Brazilian and Mediterranean cuisine, and a variety of organic salads. Drinks, desserts, and the service fee are charged separately.

We offer several options of cocktails, an extensive list of national and imported wines, and exquisite desserts freshly createdin in our own pâtisserie.

Special Meats
Our special meats include prime cuts of cattle breeds, range-fed on Italian ryegrass. During their final four months, they feed on corn meal plus a variety of cereals, legumes, and yerba mate in order to bring out the maximum flavor and juiciness of the meat.

Fish and Seafood
We serve fish, oysters, lobster or slipper lobster fillet, crayfish, shrimp, squid, and mussels, among others. In addition to grilled meat, fish and seafood, the customer can also choose from dishes such as oysters, served live, au gratin, or steamed, meat and fish carpaccios, shrimp, hearts of palm, and organic salads from our vegetable garden. We also offer Moqueca (a Brazilian fish stew), bobó de camarão (shrimp chowder), sushi, sashimi, and paella.  These dishes are complemented with various organic sauces and seasonings, along with delicacies such as pistachios, chestnuts, caviar, and salmon roe.

Desserts (charged separately)
Our pâtisserie creates extraordinary desserts and delicacies each day, using organic and natural products, such as Pistachio Crème Brûlée, Tiramisù with Rum, Profiteroles, etc. Desserts are not included in the tasting and are charged separately.

Beverages (Charged separately)
We serve several options of refreshing cocktails and beers. Our draft beer is kept at 0ºC.  We have spirits, a cellar with more than 400 labels of dessert wines and classic and punctuated reds from the Old and New Worlds. In addition, we also offer champagnes, proseccos and sparkling wines. Drinks are not included in the tasting  and are charged separately.
